Returns & Refunds

At House of Braid, we are committed to providing premium-quality hair extensions, styling products, brushes, and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Hair Extensions

Due to hygiene standards, hair extensions may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if they are unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, ties, and security seals intact. Extensions that have been opened, installed, brushed, washed, dyed, toned, cut, heat styled, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return or refund.

Hair Products

Unopened and unused hair products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Brushes & Accessories

Brushes, combs, and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
