Thank you for shopping with House of Braid. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Hair Extensions

To ensure every set of extensions meets our quality standards, all hair extension orders are carefully inspected before shipping.

Shipping Method: Standard Shipping Only
Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days

At this time, expedited shipping is not available for hair extensions.

Hair Products & Accessories

We offer the following shipping options for styling products, brushes, combs, and accessories:

Standard Shipping

Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping

Estimated Delivery: 2–3 business days

Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may increase during new product launches, holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times above, House of Braid is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. House of Braid is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to update your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
